Roles to Fill at Relume Foundation
Administrative Support Role
Acts as an administrative and operational support for the Relume Foundation by managing schedules, handling communications and records, and assisting with events and program coordination to ensure the organization runs efficiently and supports its mission.
Community Liaison
Acts as the bridge between Relume Foundation and the public, managing communication, fostering relationships, and organizing outreach events. They play a vital role in sharing information, gathering feedback, and addressing community concerns.
Customer Service
Acts as a customer service representative for the Relume Foundation, bringing the organization and its clients together by responding to inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive, professional experience that reflects its mission.
Event Planning
Acts as an event planning coordinator for the Relume Foundation, bringing the organization and the public together by organizing and supporting events that foster engagement, collaboration, and connection in line with its mission.
Finance and Bookkeeping
Acts as a finance and bookkeeping support specialist for the Relume Foundation by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting transparent reporting, and ensuring responsible management of funds in alignment with its mission.
Fundraising
Acts as a fundraising officer for the Relume Foundation by developing and supporting fundraising initiatives, building donor relationships, and securing resources ensuring the financial sustainability and overall effectiveness of the organization’s mission.
Human Resources Role
Acts as a personnel and talent coordinator for the Relume Foundation by managing recruitment, staff relations, and organizational policies ensuring a productive, compliant, and mission-aligned workplace that enhances the foundation’s overall effectiveness.
Project Management Role
Acts as a project coordinator for the Relume Foundation by planning, executing, and monitoring programs and initiatives guaranteeing projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with the foundation’s mission.
Tutor
Acts as a tutor for the Relume Foundation by guiding and supporting students in their learning, fostering understanding, and helping them achieve academic growth in line with the foundation’s educational mission.
Interior Decorator
Acts as an interior decorator for the Relume Foundation by designing and enhancing spaces, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that reflect the foundation’s mission and values.
Event Planner
Acts as an event planner for the Relume Foundation by organizing and coordinating events that engage the public, foster community interaction, and promote the foundation’s mission.
Food Service
Acts as a food service caterer for the Relume Foundation by preparing and managing meals for occasions and programs, serving the public, and supporting the community through reliable and efficient service.
Glow Program- Health Services Role
Acts as a health service provider for the Relume Foundation’s Glow Program by delivering medical support, organizing health seminars and programs, serving the public, and helping the community maintain better health and well-being.
Social Media Role
Acts as a social media operator and representative for the Relume Foundation by managing online platforms, creating and sharing content, engaging the public, and promoting the foundation’s programs and community initiatives
Marketing Role
Acts as a marketing strategist for the Relume Foundation by developing and executing campaigns, engaging the public, raising awareness, and promoting the foundation’s programs and initiatives to strengthen community impact.
Mentors
Acts as a mentor for mentees registered under the Relume Foundation by guiding and supporting their personal and professional growth, helping them achieve their goals through structured programs and engagement.
